Who can Hire the Equipment

Any club member can hire equipment, be it the Takedown or ILF bows. A Hire fee must be paid per use apart from the following.

• Those that have completed a Beginners Course are able to use the ILF gear free of charge for the month following their course. eg May Course = June Free use.
• New members to the club may use the takedown equipment 8 times free of charge for their first membership year only.

Hiring Gear

• First in, first served — just show up and see the duty team.
• $5 for current members, $10 for visiting members of another club.
• Pay the duty team, they’ll get you a set, and you sign it out.
• Sign it back in with the duty team when you’re done.

Looking After It

• Report any damage or fault to the duty team straight away.
• If something breaks during use, stop and flag it — don’t keep using faulty gear.
