Welcome to the March Newsletter. Over the last month I have been process membership renewals, amongst many other things. The rest of the committee and some club members have also been busy keeping your club running.

Membership Renewals

For those that have registered already using the link we sent out, thank you. I still have over 30 to process but ill get there. You can visit the Member page to register or go and look for the special unique link that will populate much of it for you. I sent that to you on 23 Feb just after 3pm.

If you have not renewed, your current membership allows you to take part in all club activities until the end of this month. But we don’t want to see you go. Please register today.

The Vera London results are in, and so are the medals. Jenni will be at the range tomorrow to hand out what she can. Here is the results Table.

Club Champs & AGM

Please mark the tentative date of Sunday 3 May into your calendars for the Club Champs and AGM. We need as many members as possible present on this day to keep the club operating effectively. More details and a confirmed date to come later.

Indoors

The indoor range will be on again from May until Sep. Just like last year, you need a normal club membership, plus the additional indoor membership to shoot here. Full details will be out soon with a registration link.

Special note here – A reminder that the range is closed for all archers for the weekend of 21-22 March for the Youth North Island Champs. If you are interested in helping in any way, please see Judy.

Target Repacking

Our range has been busy, which is great to see. But tomorrow (Sunday 8 Mar) it is time to repack the softboard targets so we cant put our fingers through the center any more. Come on down to help from about 11.30. At the same time there will be marking and aligning of the range happening to bring our range upto competition standards.

Coaches Course

We will be holding a coaches course Mid Year for all those interested in taking the next step. The date is still to be confirmed. To see what makes a great coach, visit this ANZ page. but don’t register there. We will be running an internal course.
