Tauranga Archers shooting rules are subject to change without notice. Please check with Tauranga Archers committee for the most current rules.

The archery range at Graham Park is leased to Tauranga Archers by the Tauranga City Council, and we must all ensure that we conduct ourselves safely. We are in a public space, members of the public should be able to pass safely.

If there is any potential risk to the public stop shooting immediately until the risk is cleared.

You must have completed the Accident Waiver and Release of Liability form to participate in club shooting. Please check with a committee member if you have not completed this form before commencing your shoot.

In order to ensure your safety and the safety of others on and near the range, members must abide by the following rules at all times, including when entering or leaving the archery range. Spectators should be made aware of these rules where applicable.

Health and Safety

Prior to participating in any Tauranga Archery event, I acknowledge that I will need to sign an ‘Accident Waiver and Release of Liability’ for myself and any minors with me. If I choose not to sign this waver then I acknowledge that I will not be able to take part, and that I will not be refunded my course fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you are unable to make your booked session, and you notify us at least 7 days prior, you are able to transfer your reservation to another session with space available or receive a refund.
  • If you are unable to make your booked session, and you notify us between 2 & 7 days of your reservation, generally no refund will be given, but you may transfer to another session.
  • Notification within 2 days of a booked course will not be refunded, but may be transferred to another session if we are able to offer your space to a waitlisted person, at the clubs discretion.
  • If you do not show up to your booked session, your course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and you will need to pay for another session.

Idmendity Form

  • I acknowledge that I will need to sign an Indemnity form prior to taking part in this program. Those under 16 require the signature of a Parent or Guardian.
